The Keeper's House is all about space. This large family home will easily accommodate up to 6 people with two separate living spaces ensuring that every guest can find a place to relax. The northern aspect of the main living area is all glass ensuring that the morning sun can be truly enjoyed. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Only minutes from Toowoomba's boarding schools, medical facilities, St Vincent's Hospital, CBD, Gabbinbar Homestead, Preston Peak and Local Attractions.

The Keeper's House is fully self-contained and the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Toowoomba. Easy entertaining with the fully equipped large kitchen, BBQ and extra-large dining table. The back-garden space of The Keeper's House is also extra-large. The Keeper's House is ideal for extended or large families, business travelers, relocation's, move out renovations, wedding parties and pre-baby waiting’s.

For large family occasions The Keeper's House has the added benefit of having The Lighthouse at its back door.

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has two KING single beds as does the third bedroom. Both these bedrooms have good storage cupboards. All have new mattresses and are super comfortable. Beautiful linen adds the finishing touch.

The main bathroom of the house has a large shower. The instant hot water system will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a separate toilet. There is an ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom. The laundry is equipped with a large basin, washing machine, dryer, iron and board.

Each of the living spaces are equipped with TVs, both with Netflix.

Overhead fans are in all the bedrooms and living rooms with air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room space, main bedroom and second living space, which all adds to the level of comfort.

There is a long driveway and street parking is also absolutely fine. It is a short walk to Thai takeaway, Wendland's fine food and cafe, bottle shop, bakery, beauty salon, MacKenzie Row Convenience Store and Millers Gourmet Meats butchery. No need to drive!

We have a port a cot and a high chair available and the laundry sink is china which makes for a great baby bath.

The entire house is for you to enjoy. We are contactable by phone and live 5 minutes away if you need any assistance during your stay.

You can walk to local coffee shops, Thai take away, bakery, mini supermarkets and bottle shops. Queen's park is just a 5 minute walk.

Keeper’s Cottage is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. Nice garden to sit in when sunny. Easy access to city centre and local cafes and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend.

Just amazing!
We can not rate our stay at this gorgeous house highly enough. The house is immaculate, and includes everything that you can think of. It is just a short walk from Cobb & Co, and the Saturday morning markets. I have already recommended to friends that regularly visit Toowoomba, and will try to stay here every time I return with family.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, inviting and comfortable. What more could one want? It felt more like staying at a friend's house rather than a holiday rental. Everything in the house has obviously been carefully chosen for maximum comfort and enjoyment. We were delighted by the many generous and unexpected inclusions such as eggs, milk, bread, cereal and even a packet Tim Tams! The house is beautifully maintained and decorated and is located in quiet, picturesque area in a very convenient location. The house was so much better than we expected and would definitely recommend it to others. We also really appreciated the prompt, helpful and friendly communication of the property manager, Megan. The Keeper's House is the perfect choice for a stay in Toowoomba. We were two couples, but the house is also ideal for a family of 4-6 people. The beds are great, the bathrooms superb and the kitchen a gem! Everything you could ask for is included for your convenience. Megan is a great host and her communication was ideal. Comfortable, Convenient and Clean
Simply beautiful, spacious and welcoming, the traditional pretty triple gable house in a quiet East Toowoomba street had everything we anted and more, with super comfortable beds, two living areas including a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. A set of seven bi-fold glass doors let in the sunshine and views of the back garden. Family bathroom included separate toilet with basin behind a pocket door, huge porcelain basin in laundry with Asko washing machine and dryer, and shower with another vanity basin leading off from it. Master bedroom had ensuite and walk-in robe. Linen was best quality, thick, clean towels and lots of them included in each area. Quality products such as liquid soap and shampoo included. Attention to detail is amazing. We also loved the decor and eclectic furnishings and artwork. Would highly recommend, and if we ever need to would certainly stay there again. A short walk to James Street Grocer at 95 Mary Street which is actually an amazing cafe! Also short walk to Impressions on Scott (the cafe across the street from St Vincents' Hospital) so there's lots of ways to indulge. We also appreciated all the food and treats left for us in the kitchen. Megan is a great host too - we had to contact her early Sunday morning to get directions on how to use the air conditioner (we have ducted a/c at home and it has words like 'heat' and 'cool' rather than symbols that are difficult for an oldie to decipher!
