Boutique hotels Upper West Side

This was my second stay at the Arthouse and I really cannot fault them. The service is always good and efficient, whether it be those on the desk, the bar or at the door, every one is really friendly and helpful. I didn't have any issues but whenever I needed something extra, like a blanket or an extra pillow, it was never too much trouble. I've stayed in the regular sized room and the larger room and they're both great, whilst not newly renovated they're comfortable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate staying again when I next visit NY.

Older hotel but kept very clean. Wonderful staff. Restaurant downstairs is fantastic but definitely make sure to book for dinners in particular. Great location. Lots of other food options close by. Subway close by

I enjoy the covienance to travel all the boros and restaurants near by. Staff is friendly and so are the quess from all over the world.

Excellent staffs from the doorman to the housekeeper. Friendly and very welcoming! Room is very spacious and clean and comfortable with even little kitchen area with stove, microwave and fridge Overall….Excellent and will definitely come back!!
