We booked a pet friendly room and noted in the comments we would be bringing a dog only to find there was an additional, not previously advised, $30 cleaning fee to bring a pet. Suggest this is advised upfront not after the booking has been confirmed.

We were not given the cabin we booked with a Lake view, insted was in a room with a view of a roof, and the staff just blamed expedia and suggesgted next time we call them, THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME !!!!

The cabin was filthy, and i dont mean just old. Mould in the bathroom and grime an inch thick. The smell was so bad we had to leave the windows open all night and bought disinfectant air freshener to see us through. It would never pass a health inspection! The grounds were rundown and rubbish littered the edge of the lake and there were dead plants everywhere. Do yourself a favour and DRIVE ON!!!

The bathroom looked great and once we saw the bath, we planned a soak, buying bath salts at the local supermarket. Filled the bath a little too hot, left it to cool a little, went back and found the plug wasn't working well and it was half empty.
