Everyone one we had contact with was awesome from the door man to the valet Shafiri.

The hotel is very pleasing to the eye, our room was excellent. The actual stars of this hotel are the employees! I can’t say enough about the customer service. The front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, everyone here have been exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the best experience in hotels I have ever had. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent place! Only gripe is the carpet in the room needs to be better secured to the floor. Staples getting us when going into the bathroom, and sticking noise near edges. Felt very safe, especially with the card needed to get to floor.

Convenient to the airport. Clean and quiet

Only a month since opening so everything was great. Spacious rooms that are well equipped if you want to cater for yourself. Handy to motorway and Westfield Albany shopping centre. Doesn’t provide breakfast and couldn’t find cafes within walking distance early in the morning. Hotel gym also doesn’t open until 7am. Otherwise great stay and well priced

Excellent friendly staff service provided a quick smooth check in. Comfortable bed slept like a baby the room was very clean & tidy & suited my every needs. This is my go to place whenever I’m in town. Thankyou Jetpark
