Lovely hotel. Room was a good size and clean. Great location for NEC and good choice of bars and restaurants. We parked in multi story car park, small spaces but not really too much of an issue

Staff very friendly and welcoming also we asked for an upgrade on our room and we was given a complimentary upgrade which was brilliant. Room absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was very nice, also the VIP parking was well worth the £20 we paid and it’s safe to say we will be staying here again.
