Great Stay
Great location opposite the terminal building. Friendly Reception staff. Our king size room was fab, very clean, large walk in shower, Crabtree & Evelyn products. Only negative comment are the drinks are overpriced in the hotel bar/restaurant!

I was disappointed to find that 'disabled room' was on 7th floor thank goodness no fire. only concession was a single handle in shower I requested and booked 2 rooms with walk in shower one had walkin shower but 2nd had shower over bath fortunately with some difficulty we managed!

Room was comfortable. Electrical problems with kettle, tv, usb charge points and lamps. Was particularly frustrating that power to the room would trip out every time the door shut. Other than that food was good and rooms comfy and quiet.

Highly recommend for BHX travellers!
Really great location for flying from BHX, also handy to go to Resort World (via monorail) if you need to. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended!
