I booked a Premier room with sea view. About 6 weeks ago. They phoned me on the day of my stay saying that Expedia had made a mistake and they had to relocate my stay to a different hotel with a bog standerd room with a lovely room (not) facing the car park but theres only one thing i didn't book threw Expedia ..they ripped us off ...
Fantastic cabaret nights . Lovely seafront room .
The breakfast wasn’t good food was cold & not cooked proper
Was very disappointed with it . Service of it was poor to had to keep getting up & asking them to take our orders , tea & coffee
Arrived after we had finished .

Free parking but charged, lack of toiletries.
Overall good. Free parking was included on our booking but when arrived asked to pay £10 per night (2 nights) did get it refunded eventually but no apology! Room okay but only 2 small tablets of soap and
No other toiletries. 2nd morning shower freezing cold and need to mountaineer to get into bath too. Breakfast good with prompt service. Entertainment on 2nd evening Freddie Mercury tribute Dean Richardson who was brilliant! Shame about lack of toiletries and attitude about parking as otherwise very good.

The reception and bar staff exerlent and helpfull and the evening entertainment was good bar prices not bad but limited choice of draft beers breakfast limited choice ie no tomatoes I would not pay the extra for breakfast
This hotel needs to be dragged into the 21 St century. I appreciate they have to cope with the building but that doesn’t stop it being clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also what you would expect. The hotel is a cabaret hotel so we were kept up until one o’clock in the morning so be warned.
Tired rooms - curtains didnt match the window width, ‘toiletries’ were a small bar of soap. Rubber plug for bath wig no chain so had to use a tea spoon to prise it out! Breakfast was adequate but slow service with out hot order not being put into the chef. Staff friendly and helpful especially the young lady in charge of the dining room at breakfast who rapidly resolved our hot food delay once it was identified.

Good little hotel.
Staff were great very friendly.
Only thing that let the stay down was the mattresses. They were so poor and I was unable to get a good night's sleep.

Lovely staff
the staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms have been attempted to be made more modern as the bathroom was lovely but the carpet was shabby and fraying. If you want to get early night, make sure your not above the function room. we were on 1st floor and heard everything.

only stayed room only was okroom was small long way out of Blackpool centre
When I booked the pictures it shows on the site are nothing like you get (some rooms maybe) i assumed that i was booking a good standard hotel and it was not cheap but all i got was a very budget hotel i would not go here again. Save money and book a nice bed and breakfast instead. Hotel does not serve food after 6.30pm very disappointing and service for breakfast very poor.
Had a lovely stay, breakfast excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. Its out of the main centre but great to jump on a tram and explore. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we weren't disturbed with any late night noise coming from the bar. Room nice and spacious with a good shower.
Room advertised as a double should have been written as small double as bed was only 4ft. Not as clean as it should have been, not vacuumed very well.

A little run down, only 2 plugs in the room, bed was very old and lumpy.
A passerby collapsed having a hypo and a member of staff started screaming at me what drugs has he had. I did not know the man in question and was just the first, first aider on the the scene. Rude and judgemental.
