Charm by name and charming by nature! Set in a quiet street with facing gardens, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and Old Steine. Plenty of buses nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staf very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We were here overnight and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is at a convenient distance from the centre of Brighton but homeless people reside in the park opposite. The bed was hard and the room too hot so it wasn’t easy to sleep. The staff however were delightful and the breakfast excellent.

Absolutely wonderful little hotel, so close to the city centre. A lot of thought has gone into this place. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. If you are ever thinking of staying in Brighton, book The Charm! It will do you wonders!

I would rate this hotel highly if it were a three star hotel, but I don't think it was five star quality. Most amenities, including a toothbrush, were not in the room. There were no slippers either, so I inquired at the reception and they provided them. Slippers and toothbrushes should be in the room before inquiring. Also, when I asked the reception about the SPA in the afternoon, I was told that it was closed, but when I checked online, it was still open during business hours.
