This Hotel just gets better every time I stay ( maybe 10 times now) the money that has gone to the refurbishment have done an excellent job , lovely rooms, restaurant and Bar area

After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting anything marvellous, BUT I couldn’t fault it at all room was clean, comfortable and warm no noise even so close to the M5 staff were lovely. I will be staying again.

Value for one night but v small room
Room clean and recently refurbished but very small and no room to put anything anywhere. Nice shower but too powerful for the bathroom as water sprays onto the floor and makes it slippy … there is a notice warning of this in the bathroom. For the price it’s fine for a night but wouldn’t want to be in that size of room for much longer.

What a find! Convenient, comfort and value for money. Literally minute from the M5 , friendly, helpful staff. And a really comfy bed and fab shower.

Easy check in. Nice appearance of hotel. Great bathroom and shower. Great value room. Comfy bed. Not too noisy despite proximity to main road. Things could have been better - car park turning easy to miss and not well signposted - some damp patches on room ceiling - if leak fixed please repaint! - car park driveway has a divider which is easy to miss in the dark - ended up catching it with my wheel. Could use a reflective bollard on it or something.

40 minutes to get the room after check-in at 4pm
Check in at 4pm and waited 40 minutes to get the room as it’s not been tided and cleaned. Very poor service! Very disappointed.

A lot to improve
Quality food was good. There was some issues during my first stay that took them like an hour to get my order sorted. Breakfast options very limited. They couldn't sort out my invoice at the end of my stay saying Hotels.com will be able to provide me with the copy of my costs incurred during my stay (breakfast and dinner) which makes no sense.
