Overall our short stay was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located for the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the station. The room was let down by an annoying rhythmic knocking sound coming from the air conditioning vent. Also, whilst general the room and shower was clean, the shower could have done with a deeper clean as there were signs of mould on the grout.

Nice Central Hotel
The hotel is very well situated for Temple Meads Station and the bus stop for the Airport bus. I would've liked the bar to be open longer as in a lot of Hiltons it stays open till 12/1am. Nice and quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff too.

Whilst the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly we had issues with the bathroom. The shower stall leaked creating a swimming pool on the bathroom floor that we had to wade through for the rest of our stay.

Really great hotel
Great location - near the railway station and not far from the centre of Bristol. Rooms are comfortable with everything you could need. And it's a real hairdryer! Staff were very helpful. Maybe double-check opening of the restaurant in the evenings - it was closed on the Saturday I was there. The bar serves snacks though, so no dramas. Breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Bristol in the future.

Lovely hotel, great location
Lovely hotel within walking distance of city centre.Great location for visiting the city and fairly busy area so feels safe. Area looks a bit scruffy but never had any problems. Hotel staff all lovely and friendly. Nice breakfast and lovely restaurant area. Cleaner did knock early (8am) which was a bit annoying when breakfast served til 10 and check out 12. Room clean and decent size with great view of St Mary Redcliffe which looks like a cathedral! Usually choose to stay here when visiting Bristol

The rooms were good, breakfast was good, but a very strong chemical smell in the lobby that needs to be addressed - in my opinion made it unusable, probably why it was empty for the time i was there despite the hotel being busy.

Nice stay
The hotel staff were great and polite. Checked in quickly and off to our room. The room was very clean and very comfortable and we got an upgrade. Amazing shower!!! The breakfast was good choices and although the coffee machines died, they were fixed and ready to go in a few short minutes. Of course, there is a parking charge as this chain jumps on the greed band wagon but hey ho. £16 a night is a bit steep for a parking bay that requires no maintenance or overhead.
