The property was really nice with great spa facilities. My only problem was my room wasn’t ready. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that in a hotel of this standard. Sure I’ve turned up early and had to wait but my room wasn’t ready until 5:30 after a 3pm check in time. I got a free drink voucher at the bar but had to buy my second drink. I’m not a person who would normally mind but the next day they refused to extend my stay with a late checkout or even just let me use the gym-spa facilities for an extra couple of hours as I needed to just hang around to wait for a train at 4 pm. I think the problem was a particular member of staff who just seemed a bit useless. I should have asked to speak to the manager. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

It was mine and my other half’s first stay here and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful modern hotel. Enjoyed our time so much we are looking to book a stay again in December.

Great hotel, comfortable, good location, good breakfast. Only problem I had is my room key was switched of every morning so when I got up to my room I would then have to go back down for a new key. Very frustrating?. This also happened the year before. Special thank you to the concierge Gary, really nice man.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful and professional. I would think a top hotel like this should have a variety of nuts (toppings) for breakfast yoghurt. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Stayed at the hotel several times, each time I visited the experience has been satisfactory. Basic amenities missing you’d expect it all especially playing a premium price. Best bit of the stay was the spa facility that they gave.
