The hotel is on the river Cam and is very close to King's Parade. The restaurant was ok and the service was excellent. The room was comfortable. The Maitre de was superb--he was very busy with weddings et al but paid as much careful attention to the needs of a single person who ordered very little.

The Graduate - Amazing location, right next to the Cam with a lovely riverbank restaurant. Also a deckchair area to just sit and take in the atmosphere. Easy to walk to central sights, shops and restaurants.

I lived the look and feel of this hotel. The lawn along the Cam is a great place to relax with a drink or a meal. It is convenient to everything you want to see and the staff is friendly. I would definitely return.

Hotel great location. However was given a disability room with a small double bed without our prior knowledge or consent and service from the bar was v slow. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks.

Overlooking the river Cam and the punts.
Well worth paying the extra cost, for a balcony overlooking the river Cam and it's passing punts: both professional and crazy amateurs. The food was nothing special and the staff were going to accept a 10% tip, despite not declaring a service charge which I still don't know the costbof. However, a big shout out to the guy in the leisure club, who helped me sort out an early morning swim and sauna, despite me not being a morning person at all. I couldn't even work the lockers by myself. Cheers Buddy. Handy to have an EV charger on site, even though it was slow.

A little chaotic, room wasn't ready after check in time had passed. Had to wait another hour until they changed my room. Staff seem undertrained, not the staffs fault. Breakfast was poor considering cost. Garden area by river was lovely the highlight of the hotel. The hotel could be great, but staff, cleanliness, and overall chaos let it down.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful facility at a fantastic location on the River Cam, steps from Queens College and the historic backs. Great bar area with seating area on the river. Would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great location - all of Cambridge City within walking distance. Reception staff always on the ball. Truth be told - it is not cheap and it was better as a Hilton. Surprising for an American hotel chain
