The staff are always helpfull and thoughtfull wouldnt go anywhere else

Receptionist was very friendly on check in. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Bed was comfy, shower was hot though being tall the rainfall shower head was a bit low. Slept very well despite a party going on downstairs. Breakfast was good quality, with plenty of choice, though they did run out of some of the hot food and there was a bit of a wait to refill. Pool area was nice, plenty of room and multiple wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy), though could do with more chairs/places to leave towels and robes.

The location is excellent. So close to the station & shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast good but not amazing. Room basic but nice.

Great stay hotel service very good, room very clean TV could do with updating, why because you only get limited channels and also you can’t get the local news we were in Wales not Anglia which is east of England

Ideally situated to access city centre. Booked standard double room though upgraded to suite on arrival. Room very spacious, comfortable bed. No complaints.
