Excellent & exceptional staff service & venue

hotel fabulous but didnt like the windows covered in felt chlostefobic choice of view wasnt offered

Lovely room and hotel overall.Bath when stepping in felt bouncy so probably needed replacing though .

Such a lovely place to stay, very clean, staff were great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Park gate ideally positioned in the centre gives you many places to dine or drink. If there was one minus it was the hot food side of the breakfast.The plates were cold and the food in the tureens were left to become empty before refilling. The sausages seemed to have been cooked hours earlier, the rest was equally cold just not good enough for that standard of hotel.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Fabulous restaurants around the area. Only one downside this time was the bed. Could have done with a better quality mattress!!
