Ripped off by Hotels.com. SCAMMERS
Hotel was lovely, sadly Hotels.com ripped us off, and we had to pay again once we arrived for our stay. They have been no help at all in helping use with a refund only to tell us we are not entitled to any money back . My advise is not to book with Hotels . Com unless you want to be scammed.

Rooms not done each day. Had to go and ask for clean towels and replacement milk, coffee, tea etc. Were not told this at check in. Breakfast OK but had to ask on several occasions to replenish trays which were empty of food. Hotel needs a little bit of TLC as its beginning to look tired. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Nice to have the facilities of the pool

Hotel stay was good value for money, but the breakfast for £13 each was the worst I've ever had. The hot food was barely lukewarm not visually appealing at all. The tomatoe tasted funny. Lastly swimming in greasy oil. All I attempted was 2 fried eggs 2 hash browns and a tomatoe....had to leave it. Coffee resembled dishwater.

Shame about the breakfast
The staff on the reception are great. The breakfast is truly the worst that i have ever had. I skipped it on the second day. It looked and tasted like it was made the day before and then left to warm up again on the buffet plates. It is discusting. The hotel itself has good parking availability and is in a good location. Just get your breakfast somewhere else
