Great place! Room was a little warm for our taste and we couldn't get the ac to work.

My son and I got into Minneapolis very late at night. Loved the convenience of the shuttle. The man at the front desk was pleasant and gave us some suggestions on food to eat at 1:00am. Breakfast in the morning was great. Typical hotel breakfast but my son loved the small waffles. Staff was friendly as we got down to breakfast just a few minutes before they closed but they still brought out more bread and fruit for us.

It’s very nice to have a space where a door can be shut separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. M y husband gets up earlier than I do. This set up give us both space to sleep or be awake. The front desk workers were very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Breakfast workers were great at getting food out.

The staff was amazing! They made my child feel amazing and special as we were there to shop for their birthday. Room was wonderful, guests were respectful and staff were great!

Love that it's attached to the Mall of America. I also always enjoy a visit to the bar/restaurant.
