We loved our stay here. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. Staff was courteous and made check-in a quick and smooth experience. Our room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Convenience store across the street was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to be near the airport.

The only thing that I don't like about this hotel is the check-in process. You have to use a machine with a touch screen. The instructions are not clear so they have a member of staff to hold your hand to do this. This takes more time than dealing with a human being and is the last thing you need after a day of travelling. I assume someone thought this would be a great way to save money. If they want to save money, they should fire the idiots that came up with this idea and signed off on it.

Convenient for a pre stay on your next day flight.
I used to stay at a hotel attached to the Haneda airport but changed to stay here as my friend recommended. Over all Good as the reasonable room charges, there are plenty places to eat around the hotel that much cheaper than the one in the airport and the free transport to the airport every 30 minutes. The breakfast starts at 5 a.m. so that you will not miss it considering how difficult to get something eat at the airport. ( Usually you have to be in the long queue!)

Great location!
Great location...5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to Haneda by train. Their free shuttle to Haneda is in itself worth the cost of a stay. Very convenient...very friendly and helpful driver. The breakfast in their restaurant is a buffet with both Japanese and usual breakfast fare. delicious and convenient. Would definitely stay there again!
