I asked for front facing rooms and was told these were deluxe room prices only. I had booked 2 x small doubles and was given two rooms with a back view. Another family member booked two rooms and received front facing views over the stray and booked at the same price. Please be consistent with your pricing and rooms.

Fabulous location and hotel
Great entrance light up with lights was beautiful. Excellent location for Harrogate. Warm friendly welcome at check in. Clean, comfy warm room with all amenities. Restaurant was fabulous, good menu choice and excellent efficient service. Breakfast had lots of choice, loved the Yorkshire tea and mugs, great touch. Only niggle was that the hotel asked if and requirements which I did ask for a quiet room. We were located on the 2nd floor overlooking a lane which turned out to be the delivery entrance for the hotel and adjacent shops. Bin day and delivery resulted in it being very noisy early hours. Don’t ask guests for requirements if they can’t be actioned. However, I would stay here again just bring earplugs.

Lovely central hotel & restaurant would stay again but in a front facing room. Rooms at back can be noisy with a busy strip of restaurants so unable to open window as the room very warm even in December without our heating on.

Such a lovely place, everyone was so nice. Would definitely go back. Only thing we was on the 3rd floor and the WiFi was about has good as a chocolate teapot.

Great location, limited parking, room was cold as the old windows dont stop drafts but it was Stom Darragh. Water pressure in shower very poor. Large comfy bed.
