Adequate stay, convenient location

Very conveniently located right at the airport. It was perfect for us to stay after driving in from Tauranga and leaving for a flight to Fiji the following day. Dinner in the cafe was a bit disappointing - lack of choices and not very high quality - my fish was not fresh - but the breakfast buffet was good. Room was reasonably comfortable although no amenities offered such as robe and slippers, extra towels. Overall an adequate stay.

Good hotel for a layover

Checked in for an overnight stay. Access to the hotel is super convenient, less than a minute to reach from the International airport exit door. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is ok with enough selection. Enjoyed our quick overnight stay

Proximity to airport is excellent. The lady would checked us in was lovely and friendly. We booked a premium room, with minibar items included- very disappointing, only 4 small drinks , nothing else. The room is tiny. Our flight arrived at midnight, we requested a late checkout, however, could only get an hour, if you wanted another hour, had to pay $60 extra. Unfortunately did not get to try the breakfast offerings as we woke up late , exhausted from midnight arrival. Grooming supplies provided for one person even though the room was booked for two. All in all , I’d only book it if I was desperate.

This is a really nice hotel with wonderful staff. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner. Loved the tea time from 3-5 and happy hour 5-7 definitely worth the extra $$$ lounge fee.

The shower is glass into the bedroom area, and you can see into it from the bedroom which I'm sure was uncomfortable for my daughter. The night before we went to the hotel bar and the bartender just disappeared without saying anything.

The breakfast was sensational. It’s proximity to the International Terminal was a god-send to weary travelers. The tv channels/wi-fi selections were superb. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay, especially near the airport.
