Stayed here for the 3rd or 4th time.
Rooms are a little dated and could do with being updated however for the price, closeness to the centre and train station its worth staying at and will stay again.
Breakfast was lovely as usual.
Great central location and nice lobby but the outside is covered in scaffolding and the room was pretty shabby. Only shower over bath and pretty poor with loose fittings, but clean and plenty of hot water. Most frustrating thing was the parking, charged at £20 a night add on and breakfast was extra too. Overall Travel lodge accommodation with nice lobby and hidden charges.

More than comfy for one night Stay. Close to city centre and train station. Staff friendly & helpful.
Main public areas were decorated really nicely for Christmas, and received a warm welcome at reception. My room was described as cosy and it was on small side but perfectly comfortable for solo traveller.
Ate in the restaurant, very tasty meal.
Staff were really friendly, room well below what I expected from a superior room. Wall paper peeling, lighting poor, very uncomfortable cheap mattress and pillows. To top it of I cut my foot on the entrance to the bathroom as screw heads sitting proud from the floor on the metal divider.
Buckets everywhere as a result of leaks and poor plumbing. No hot water on the morning. Generally worn down and badly in need of investment. Staff nice though. Just not worth £180 a night.

The hotel was central and near both the station and the Arena which was convenient for me. The scaffolding outside was very off putting. The reception area was very luxurious but the bedroom was quite small. Shower was adequate.
Central location with parking and ideal for my purposes.

Just what we wanted
The hotel was just what we wanted close to the city centre with parking this was at an additional cost but it was only £20 for 24hours. The room was dated but it had all the essential facilities, hair dryer, tea and coffee, iron, shampoo conditioner and shower gel all of this was good quality and I used it instead of unpacking my own. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. We would definitely stay again if we came to Leeds.
Scaffolding and exterior works from 0730 which should have been disclosed on or before booking.
Breakfast closed at 0930 on a Friday morning which is poor.

Where's the car park?
It was okay. The room was quite small, the bathroom was cold, and the parking was a nightmare. I asked for a quiet room but was awoken by outside noise at around 4:30. My room had no USB sockets, the windows were old fashioned and single glazed. The staff were very nice, on the plus side, however. The worst was the parking on site. A charge of £20, for limited spaces that meant the only way out was to reverse either up or down a ramp into busy traffic, through a tight-ish stone archway (that is so easy to miss on arrival as there's no signage) is very overpriced. Any rest you might get from a night in the hotel swiftly evaporates when you try to leave the carpark!
