Very good

I’d like to give a shout out to the staff that assisted me when I stayed going above and beyond with a smile on their face and having a laugh at the same time. The hotel itself was in a great location the room larger than average and great amenities! Fab all round
I've stayed in this Travel lodge before and found it ok but this time it was disappointing. The room was so basic, only one towel provided even though 2 of us were staying in the room and no glasses for water! There were also some hairs in the shower. The room looked very tired. The TV didn't work properly. We were staying on the first floor and the noise from the road was quite disruptive.
The positives were the free breakfast in the morning and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great as very central.
Don't think I'll stay there again though as though it was very reasonably priced it was just too basic.
It really is true you get what you pay for. The hotel was a bit dinghy, needed modernising and although the room was very spacious there was no bath, no phone to call reception for extra towels, no mat for the shower. Just a big disappointment. The area it was located felt very unsafe - even during the day. We have stayed in Leeds before around the Granary Wharf area, but thought we would give here a try. We won’t be returning.
Everything was great. Comfortable room with opening window for fresh air. Perfect location and friendly staff.
But wifi should be unlimited and free as most hotels we have stayed in around the world.
Unfortunately an alarm went off on the road outside during the night some decent secondary glazing might help.
Also whilst my wife was in reception staff were trying to get a rat out the foyer apparently it had run in off the street again nobody’s fault and I don’t know what could be done we were just unlucky I guess. All in all it suited our purpose for the the concert we attended it was fine for a night.
Simple, unfussy and clean for an overnight stay.
Ordered a pizza which was great. Didn't have time for breakfast so just grabbed a coffee but looked ok. Very near shops and only 10 mins walk from station.
