We really enjoyed our stay , all the hotel staff were very helpful, the cleanliness of our room was good except the carpet which was heavily stained along with the seats in the bar area

The hotel, being beside the arena and Albert Docks,was ideally placed for sightseeing and shopping. It's a griggt and breezy place. My room was spacious and comfortable with the usual tea/ coffee facilities and a large TV. The reception area is also bright and breezy, with the bar being large and modern. I ate an evening meal of pizza- pretty good. The breakfast area is large, but it could be better if tables were not a bit near each other in places, a curious feature. The cost was very reasonable. I would certainly stay there again.

It was in the tourist district of Liverpool. Tourbuses were a block away. The hotel was next door to a big entertainment arena and large Ferris Wheel. It was safe to walk around the whole area . Plenty of dining opportunities in the area that are walking distance . As far as the hotel , I did have several issues : 1) the heating and air control in the room was not working and I was there and I was there 6 nights and apparently it could not be repaired during that time (?) . 2) I went to the bar & grill on the ground floor two occasions to get food at 9:00 pm and again at 7:30 pm . The first time there I was never approached by a waiter and after inquiring 30 minutes later , I was informed that it was too late to order anything since it was now 9:30 pm . The second time , I decided to order my meal at the bar ( and paid for it ) at 7:30 pm . After not getting served over 60 minutes later , I went back up to the bar and was told that the kitchen did not see my order .At that point , I cancelled my order and received a refund and vowed never to go there again .
