Excellent location, all transport hubs/ tourist attractions no more than 15 min walk. Room facilities beyond expectations (mini kitchen area) high quality toiletries, and extremely quiet. All staff friendly and professional, will definitely stay again if visiting the area

A wonderful stay in The Resident. Location excellent! Lovely hotel! Staff lovely & friendly, clean modern room and really pleased with the little touches such as kitchenette with kettle & coffee making facilities, fridge, iron & ironing board and hairdrier. Loved the powerful shower too! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location comfortable hotel
Hotel in general basic but catered for all our needs. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was lovely, kids thought it was amazing to have two floors and were in their element. Beds were super comfy. Location was also brilliant, soo close to everything. My only gripe was that the carpet hadn’t been hoovered properly and I could see long hairs all over the floor which certainly weren’t mine. Other than that the room was lovely and clean.

Great hotel, awesome staff, great location.
Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Clean, comfortable room. Liverpool hotel is in a fantastic location near to concert square and parking nearby is secure with a discounted price during your stay. Loved it, hoping to go back very soon.
