The breakfast was great, as were the staff in there, the gym, pool and spa areas are great, spa area staff had a superiority complex.the price per night is not aligned with the standard of the rooms, of which we saw 3 of. The young member we mostly dealt with on main reception was disinterested with our room issues as if we should have expected ourfront door not Closing , not surprised that the shower was not working, cigarette jammed in windowsills, she also ignored us to talk to her friend on reception, although housekeeping did come to the room swiftly to remove the cig ends, After cigs removed, we unpacked but soon noticed issues in the room, extractor didn’t work in bathroom, shower didn’t work with the bath tap mechanism obviously broken but no one noticed previously? Scolding hot water comes out there shower with cold coming out of bath tap, Room 105 front door also didn’t open or close properly, the safe doesn’t work, Thor bed is terrible & We couldn’t use Plug sockets in the bedroom (only on 1 side of bed) as the side table has been sealed to the wall preventing a plug from fitting. The rooms at premium suites are of a very poor standard. After horrendous night sleep We got moved to 107(cracked sink, safe doesn’t work, extractor doesn’t work) 2 hrs later moved again cause pull out bed was broken & sent to 118( same poor workmanship as 105&107, moved 3 times in 2 night stay and not even a complimentary drink for our issues.poor rooms, over priced, poor service
