Nice big rooms but no hot water!
Nice hotel in a prime area for everything in London. However the chairs in the room were both stained, the desk had lots of knocks in it and the paint was peeling and the one night I stayed I couldn't get hot water in the evening or the next day. Not what I expected from this type of hotel.

The Dorsett is a pleasant hotel with very friendly employees near Westfield White City Fast check-in, Room was comfortable but not very large, with two single beds ,bathroom nice and clean Many possibilities to shop ,eat and go downtown just around the corner I will definitely come back when in London again

We arrived after travelling back to London following a holiday, we were checked in by Maria, Shabaad, we were upgraded as we are silver customers, along with a voucher for two complimentary drinks at the bar, and was served by Simone, all the staff are amazing and friendly at this hotel. This is why it is my go to hotel when I’m in London. Absolutely fantastic hotel and service.
