Guest service manager Janet was great! Extremely helpful and friendly, made our short stay even better!
Just one thing about the bedding however. When I pulled the duvet cover back, although clean, there was a faint whiff of sweat. Perhaps the duvet needs cleaning, worth checking room 1111.
We did find this hotel to work for us, but seemed along way from anything…the staff were 10/10! Very helpful, friendly . They couldn’t do enough for us! Loved the staff! Our room was super quiet, small bed, and only one chair..Breakdast was request, loved the fresh fruit and cheese…
Exactly as expected. Clean, well stocked, friendly service, and close to public transport. The breakfast was great too! We would definitely stay here again.
It’s a nice place with an enjoyable breakfast that’s slightly out of the bustles of the central London. The room is a bit small for a family of four, but isn’t too much of a problem for a stay of a couple of days. Bathroom seemed to be maintained well.
As for the location, the hotel is about 7 to 10 minutes’ walk from West Brompton underground station, which itself is about 15 to 20 minutes’ ride from the city center. So you’ll need take this into account when planning.
