Staff friendly. Free wifi Bathroom clean. Bedroom dusty Curtains dirty Fridge next to head in bed, noisy. Hot room even in 13 degrees outside but there is a wall fan to help with that. Mattress quality very poor but bedding and towels very nice quality and clean. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly as door doesnt fit the frame. Outside the property were old used mattresses stacked which looked a mess I will say this was a very cheap room but standards should still be met.

Traffic keeps you awake all night Needs decorating badly TV didn't work and was hanging off the wall Mattress slanted so you almost fall out of bed Room was really small barely enough room to swing a cat

Small, good for a couple days
Decent hotel. Reception was nice and helpful. Very small room. Good for solo travelers just needing a place to sleep. Close to public transportation.

Small rooms and honestly not the cleanest, but it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation. The location is great, and the owners/front desk staff were lovely and welcoming.

Good inexpensive place to stay
Good inexpensive stay, located very near transit to get wherever you want. Good stuff: comfy bed. Kettle in room. Hangers. 24-hour front desk is nice. Other: typically small (I don't expect bigger for this type of place). Along with every other hotel in UK that's not a massive chain, poor water pressure. No real complaints. For the price, worth it.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room and bathroom were filthy, with mold, no ventilation, and a poorly enclosed shower that left water everywhere. The toilet door wouldn’t close, and the room was so cramped that two people couldn’t move around easily. Only scalding hot water came from the shower, and after complaining, the staff told us not to shower until the next day. After pushing, they called a plumber who fixed it but warned us not to use the hot side, which was ridiculous. The temperature remained uncontrollable, and I burned my face; I couldn’t wash my hair for three days due to the extreme heat. The bed was uncomfortable, causing back pain, and the rusty kettle and dirty cups were unusable. The receptionist was unresponsive, laughing on the phone and taking over an hour to address our issues. I’ve reported this to London Consumer Arbitration over health and safety concerns, and Expedia, through which I booked, refused to help or issue a refund. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s not suitable for anyone.

On arrival noticed 4 dirty mattresses in the front garden - tired and old . Room very small filthy mattress , dirty dirty skirting , a few crawly insects , checked mattress - very mottled and brown - hairdryer fixed to plug switch - things taped to the wall - yuck

The rooms are very small but spotless. narrow single beds but very comfortable. ....This is what happens when property previously built for rich house owners are converted into businesses i.e.hostels/hotels/ B&Bs. Brilliant soundproofing considering the nearby traffic. The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & kind. Many thanks - particularly to Raina 👌😁. A Lovely intelligent well informed young woman. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely little gem tucked away, safe and quiet but with convenient transportation and shops nearby. It's rustic and older but has all the amenities one needs, even a mini fridge (no way!) to keep beverages cold, and hair dryers, beds, showers! #blessed! <3 Thanks for a lovely stay and very courteous staff and smooth check-in.

Booked to go carnival. Cheap for London but the room was a box size. It was clean but curtains were stained. My door couldn’t lock and someone keys were able to open my door which was scary. Couldn’t tell staff because no one wasn’t available. No parking

Ugh, what a nasty little OVEN of a hotel. The room was stifling hot, yet the windows would not open. That’s a safety risk there, too. All the fan did was blow the muggy air around. Poorly maintained, dilapidated and dirty in places...just look at the pictures I took.
