Found hair in the bed and the ac was making a weird noise so I couldn’t sleep, had to leave the hotel early.

Inaccessible for disabled people past close time of reception as you have to park in a Morrisons car park underground but you have to wait 20 minutes for security to open the gate, you have to literally leave your car outside front door, run up pray somebodies inside and answering, they call security who send you to Morrisons, as said you then have to wait for security, you get down to the car park, there are lifts which you can use but then you are locked inside the car park! Tried ringing no answer from hotel, was so scared. Not a nice place if you got accessibility issues.

Our second trip to London and second time we've stayed at this hotel. Tube station is just across the road so getting further into London is easy. The O2 and excel are a stones throw away from the hotel too. A few shops and restaurants are near by too.

Is within easy reach of the O2, the dome of which I could see from my room - just 1 station along on the Jubilee Line - and in the opposite direction from most of the crowds leaving the arena. Was on my own but felt safe there

The staff were probably the best part of our stay at the Ibis. They served beyond the call of duty. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The tube is right beside the hotel which made it easy for us to find different places to visit. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A new and modern hotel at a price point that is quite ftiendly. The staff were extemely helpful, and provided early checkin which I'm extremely thankful for after an overnight flight.

I regularly stay at the Ibis Hotel, Canning Town when working at the nearby O2 Arena. An excellent venue opposite the Underground Station. Plentiful breakfast buffet with variety of options. Highly recommended

Staff in this hotel was amazing. They were so polite and helpfull. Breakfast was average. The hotels vibe is lowkey cool, recommend for young people! Location was bit off, but public transportation made it work. Aircondition in thid hotel was absolutely amazing. We were also suprised how quiet the hotelroom was.
