Loved staying here. Nice, clean, modern rooms. And bigger than the rooms in other similarly priced hotels. Polite staff. Prompt service. This is going to be my go-to hotel in London now on.

We went for a midweek break, booked it as the hotel was recently done refurbishment. The hotel and room look nice, however, the air con can not be set to each room to our liking. instead it is centrally controlled, even though there is a controller in the room, it doesnt work. First night, the room was 23C, we were unable to sleep. Ask reception about it, they advise air con doesnt work individually to each room. The offered us a desk fan to cool the room down, but its just circulating hot air around the room. It was disappointing to our visit.
