The heating never worked and it was freezing all night! Whoch didnt help my hidden disabilities 100%!! I did ask if a chambermaid could help me woth the heating as i xouldnt get it to work! The lady tried and she said its not working and call.for help which i did call but no reply! Also the coffee cups had stains of old tea or coffee on the outside which i had to wash!! Such a shame and i came from all the way for one night from Cambridge!

Stayed here for two nights whilst seeing shows in London and was very happy with my stay. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Good selection of teas / coffees provided; however, teabags not replenished on 2nd day of my stay. Would be useful having printed instructions for the heating / air con panel, instead of giving a QR code, as not everyone can scan these. I didn't find the panel easy to use, even with the instructions. Saying that, the food I had was good. It was pleasing to see non-dairy milk available. There were no hash browns at breakfast, though. All staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay
Check in was simple and completed quickly. Room was as per the pictures, a little on the cold side but there was an electric heater if needed. Shower was hot and powerful, bed comfy and there were tea and coffee facilities.

The staff were all amazing, we had a problem with one of the windows letting in a draft they sorted it straight away and gave us two heaters to ensure the room was warm, all the staff were really helpful and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else
