Good stay but limited food choices
Very clean and decent hotel, spacious rooms. However was disappointed with the choices available for room service. How can you not have any cheese or tuna sandwiches? Very odd. The fish and chips was bear battered and I don’t drink alcohol. I would suggest they add a bit of variety on their menu.

Bed, but forget the breakfast.
Modern comfortable hotel very convenient for sports and entertainment venues in Wembley - but do look for somewhere else to eat. Evening meal not very good and breakfast terrible.

Location is perfect. Right next to the underground station and shops. The only thing about the hotel is they have the ac set and you can’t change it. It was very warm in the room.

Great hotel to use if visiting Wembley. Check in staff, Mable, was excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel was a 5 minute walk away from Wembley.

Bright lights, good breakfast
The hotel is a great location for everything at Wembley Park (stadium, arena, starlight express etc). The service at breakfast was extremely helpful and the pancake machine is so clever. However, in the room … the glass bathroom doors did not close properly, the and the pillows were strangely shaped which made them difficult to arrange for perfect sleeping and neck position. The outside venue is bustling and loud until the early hours so having the window open was difficult. But the real kicker was the smoke alarm located above the bed … that flashed bright lights every 7 seconds!! Lighting up the room throughout the night and making sleep extremely difficult. Not to mention, when anyone in the neighbouring rooms flushed their toilets or used their showers, our bathroom plumbing would gurgle and glug and bang as the water went through the system. Oh and the moment the shower decided the empty itself at 2am and drip for 10mins! When asked by the receptionist whether I had enjoyed my stay I tried to say that it had been less than due to these issues and instead of acknowledging or placating me in any meaningful way he proceeded to mansplain smoke detectors to me. I travel weekly, I know what a smoke detector is thanks! Having said all that, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. If travelling here earplugs and eye mask is a must.

No soundproofing, so woken up by argument in room next door. TV poor, picture break up, old. Location great if going to event at Wembley stadium, otherwise a long trip to central London. Left 3 days early for hotel in London - costly decision but worth sanity!
