Excellent value for money
2nd stay and consistently high standard of welcome/service. Really good night's sleep in a very comfortable room. A very homely stay in a very nice neighbourhood. Lots of independent shops and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as various bus services.

The hotel was fairly basic, but very clean. Comfy beds and clean room. Stayed here for work purposes but would definitely stay again regarding business or pleasure. Wetherspoons a few minutes walk away, so convenient for low price drinks and food, always a winner !!

It was a dirty sheet with some stuff on it and untidy, imagine placing electrical fan on the table and asking me the guest to move it by the staff like who does that. Your rooms should be tidy before arrival of your guests. Smelling, no light in the bathroom and above all the staff telling me that the reason the room was like that is that a guest came and stay and left shortly because they don’t like it and then you left for me to tidy. I need my refund because I didn’t sleep there. I could have been down with illness if I had slept so I had to leave that minute.

Ideal for Ally Pally!
Perfect location for a night out at Alexandra Palace. lots of places to eat and drink in the area too. Room was very comfortable, with tea, coffee and a fridge. Also provided 2 hairdryers and a portable cooling unit.

Location was fine 4 my needs. Down side was no lift and if your elderly 2 many stairs plus plugs 4 electric was faulty even after they said it was new one! screw on 1 of the box was hanging out. Very dangerous as kettle was at this point. Not enough room for me but im used 2 a little larger and it seemed crammed ,sorry, but in my opinion it needs updated and paying £100 its not worth it even if its in Muswell Hill

This is a friendly hotel with helpful staff. Its location in North London was not ideal for me and they don’t currently provide food - but local shops and cafes make up for this. However, the clean facilities provided, (& lovely en-suite) at the great price I paid made this a hotel I would return to.

We were made to wait around 30 minutes to check in. First, there was no one at the reception and we had to wait for someone to come and then the receptionist spend around 15 minutes on the phone while making us wait. The water in the bathroom could not be adjusted properly, it was either too hot or cold. The AC was a portable one with no heating so the room temperature was very cold. Overall the room was clean. And again there was no one at the reception during the check out. Also there is some renovation going on. All in all, wasn’t worth the price.
