Beautiful
The yacht is beautiful, well presented, & lovely staff. It is easy by tube and DLR to reach, the over river cable cars had long ques however. The only thing I’d improve would be the use of a window, and better water power in the shower.

A fabulous place to stay when at the excel centre or for the O2 it was unique and big rooms too very clean and comfortable good breakfast and good staff

Lovely spacious room which was very clean. Great that it’s close to the chairlifts to take you over to the O2 as not much to do that side of the dock. Overall had a lovely time and staff were extremely friendly. Good English breakfast too .

We arrived early but were willing to wait to check in. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and checked us in early. It was lovely and relaxing. The restaurant was divine! The food was amazing! Thanks so much to all the Sunborn staff for making out stay relaxing and wonderful!

Its a boat....so not exactly Luxury
Ac not good, but its a boat, a room with balcony for air would have been better,they do have them, porthole doesn't open. Service in the bar not particularly good the bar food was overpriced for its quality and quantity. However breakfast was very god as was the service in the restaurant in the morning..Overall not bad.
