Great experience
Enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness and quiet of this unique hotel. Very spacious standard room. Slightly disappointed with breakfast, being just a standard buffet. Not much choice regarding fresh pastries, but sausages were excellent!

Excellent hotel, perfectly convenient when working at ExCeL. Polite & helpful staff, a comfortable room, delicious lobster tagliatelle...I fully intend to return next time I'm working in the area. :-)

The lovely Alex on check in upgraded us to a balcony room with river view, what a lovely surprise. This really made our trip so special. The room was so spacious, big mirrors, big bed, all the amenities, and a stunning view from the balcony. Room was also very quiet. Walking distance to the cable car, ideal for visiting o2. No complaints on breakfast. Nice sunset views from the bar on deck 3. Would definitely come back. Gem and Gem

When we arrived at the yacht it was easy to get to from the subway, check in was straight forward, the room was clean and big, breakfast had plenty to choose from, the bar was at bit slow in the evening, but it was a nice experience
