Stayed as 5 ladies in a family room 1 double & 3 singles. Good size rooms, bathroom was quite small & very dated but we didn’t have issues with the shower or hot water. We managed. The reception staff were very friendly & professional, answered all our questions & helped us with both buses & taxis to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, hot & tasty. We had a great time & would definitely return for future O2 visits.

This is an excellent venue for the O2. Multi bedded rooms and reasonable breakfast. You would need a taxi to the O2. Lovely to walk around Blackheath.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Only disappointing thing was having to pay for parking away from the hotel due to lack of parking at hotel. Free parking was one of the reasons we chose The Clarendon.

We were staying because we needed to attend a funeral. The staff were very helpful & understanding. Also, during our stay my husband was unwell & the staff could not have done more to be kind to us both. They went out of their way to look after us & we are extremely grateful to them. Literally every member of staff was wonderful & went above & beyond for us.

Although the hotel was slightly dated, it was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also probably one of the best I've had, and that includes in hotels that have cost 3x the price that this one was. The area is also great - I recommend taking a walk around Greenwich park.

Great location, chosen to attend an event locally. Parking a nightmare, no spaces in hotel car park, parked nearby for £6 for 90 minutes then moved the car about a mile away to a free parking area overnight. Big queue to get into breakfast at 9.30am and waited more than 10 minutes for a table. Comfy bed and staff friendly and helpful.
