Terrible. Saw at least 2 different insect species. Overall conditions terrible. No bedside lamps. No hair dryer. Can’t park in front of hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.
Water pressure is good. They have soaps for you and a mini fridge. We booked a king bed but they gave us a double. Paid extra $18 for parking for one night. The parking area is very tight. Bed sheets are like hospital sheets so very thin.
I do not recommend staying here, not on was one of the staff members confusing he was also extremely rude. The room was not clean we had a drawer with an unknown white dried substance, bugs crawling on the ceiling and there were stains all over the bathroom. The chain lock on the door got stuck multiple times and we almost had to break to break it to get out. the air conditioner was not clean and we couldn't use it due to the dusk build up in the machine. Parking was inconvenient, as the parking spaces were tight and my partner when parking in the lines couldn't open the drivers door, when we parked slightly over as there was on other car in the lot the entire time we were there we were yelled at to move our car. Gate to get back into the parking lot would not open unless we went around to talk to whoever was working so getting back after a night out at HHN was more difficult than it needed to be. I'm honestly glad I didn't bring a black light to check the bed because I probably would have lost my mind I was bit in a few spots throughout the evening. I hate to leave bad reviews as I feel all places deserve a fair chance but after the photos of the rooms didn't match up and one of the managers was rude and the room was uninhabitable I'm going to try and prevent this experience from someone else, I get a budget hotel not being the greatest but for more than 100 a night the room should have been at least clean.
They said they didn’t have our reservation. We reserved over a month ago. When they FINALLY “found” our reservation we didn’t get the room we reserved. This was the last night of our Honeymoon and this was a HUGE disappointment

Very noisy, parking had to be paid for on property. Bed old and cigarette burns on sheets. Kinda outdated
The stay was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had. When I got there I was surprised with a parking fee, was told I could not park inside where the office was that I had to turn the corner to find a “tunnel” to go into their lot that cannot comfortably fit even a compact car. My room key was faulty. The room was not ready for my stay. The floors were not cleaned properly because I found a Walmart receipt that wasn’t mine. The mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in, was leaking water, and smelled when I brought it to their attention they just wiped it down and told me not to worry about it after the plugged it in; after I asked for a replacement for my stay. I only bought a one night stay mind you. The towels were dirty and when I asked for clean towels I was met with attitude and disrespect; continued to hand me a dirty towel claiming it was clean. There were orange stains on it. My original towels had mascara stains or something. The workers did not know how to talk to, or provide any sort of comfort for their customers. Upon leaving and driving 2 1/2 hours home instead of staying there I asked for my receipt and I was told I’d have to wait till morning to talk to the manager because the night shift worker was not authorized to do anything of that manner. I asked for a refund…and he showed me my receipt that said non refundable, but couldn’t print me a copy of what I already paid for.
