Your night clerk 86d me or told me i cold not check into your property again last night. He said the reason was over occupancy of the room..When i checked into the room i requestd a four person capacity room, but was told there were none with accessible faclilities available. I am disabled i often use a wheel chair or walker and depend on the good natue of my friends to assist with mobilty issues ihave. I was and requested in my reservation a ADA room. I physically spoke to this desk attendant in person. over the three night stay i could hardly ask any one person to stay wtih me all three nights, espcially when i didnt now how long id need the room. and so through the course of the stay my attendant changed three times and at other times of the stay had casual vistors to the room. never for more than a few hours and at times the room was completely empty. We were behaved, quiet put in a corner with a noisy stair well with thunderous traffic over and next to us, we didnt complain, and ended up being told to not return Granted the clerk told us about the restrictions to the room, even told us at one point since there were already three in the room that i was ok for the meantime. And through the remaineder of the visit, i made sure the vistors only over lapped for a minimal time, if at all. And the did not bother anyone. My rights under the ADA were violated and i ask for partial or even full refund for my room and tax or ill take this to the next higher authoirty.
