The hotel customer service is amazing ! Everyone one kind and super helpful. The Location is perfect. It’s directly across the street from the Haram. I previously stayed and the clock tower which was a great stay but it was too busy in the mall area getting to your room. This hotel is in the mix has access to stores but it’s very quiet. I loved my stay . Oh and the breakfast and dinner was tasty with a wide variety of options.

Everything is amazing

This Property is awesome very convenient walking distance to everything you need to visit. I love how stuff is very Friendly and hotel is spotless clean. I will highly recommend it to everyone how wants to start journey of Umrah.

It’s a very good place & the bus services to the Masjid Al Haram was excellent.
