Great location for affordable hotel

Excellent location and very affordable. The curtains don’t fully cover the whole window so let a bit of sunlight in and the doors are designed that guests slam them shut so that wakes you up but you definitely get a great stay in central Manchester for a good price

Hotel Rooms need updating

The room looked out of date considering it was classed as an executive room. The room had a number of issues which was a smell of Urine, the shower was nice and powerful but this caused the shower curtain to keep moving and sticking to me whilst showering and also caused the floor to flood

'Although didn't spend much time in room, the telivision wasn't working properly, the shower would only run cold and had great difficulty turning off the hot tap on the bathroom sink.

For the price I paid I was very disappointed with the room. It was sparsely decorated bland. Poor toiletry selection no biscuits. Breakfast was also very average. Shame because I bet in the past this was a lovely hotel. Staff were also rude especially when o arrived back from a night out. Won’t be stopping again

After reading some bad reviews I had no issues. Welcomed at check in, room was clean and tidy. Looked to have been refurbished and all usual facilities including a fan needed during recent heatwave. Noisy late at night and early morning but city centre so can’t complain.

Expedia does not mention photo id and yet the hotel insist upon it, almost caught us out.Generally rude staff, lots of ID checking. Hotel is tired. Breakfast awful, very poor quality and poor selection. Not worth the money.

Disturbed early morning by neighbouring occupant screaming out for help. He needed an ambulance as had slipped in the bathroom / shower.
