Shower didnt work. Lever to switch from bath to shower broken. Also,no such thing as early check in. I asked to pay the charge but i was treated like a nuisance for asking. Told to come back at 2pm or 3pm when 3pm is the check in time

room- does not live up to the expectation of an executive room. The ceiling wall paper is unpeeling and falling. The bathroom has no extraction, so smell and vapour fill up the room. The bathroom need upgrade due to the rusts and old facility. Staff- the manager (Arun) was arguing and trying to force payment of city tax when 2 different evidences of the payment was shown to him. Gave me a liability paper to sign while deceitfully misrepresenting its use.
