The hotel was in a good location, there were just a few things we would have liked the plug sockets are far away from the bed and there was no decaf coffee in the room. Also our room seemed to have a plumbing issue . When we went to pick up our luggage there was a very long line and non of the staff seemed in a rush to let us get our luggage. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Also the bar downstairs was a nice place to just sit and have a drink . Would stay again.

i would avoid this if you want a relaxing stay, trust me i didn’t believe the reviews until i got to a hotel with stains on the walls and paper thin walls where i could hear every word spoken in the next room - a fire alarm going off randomly at 5am and someone’s alarm blaring for an hour straight and drunk people i booked the room with no windows so maybe other rooms are nicer. the up side is the staff are nice but the entire hotel needs a re model

Ok so it is a dated hotel. But it’s a good sized room, clean & comfy bed. Problem though being on the 1st floor & it’s looks like the sound proofing section of the window has been taken out. Which meant at night super loud from outside

I asked for a high floor and paid for an executive room with a window - what a joke! We were on the fourth floor which had a window but no view whatsoever, the window was so HIGH up. The security guard was very rude when we came in at night - he was very persistent asking us for our room number, I did not appreciate how he spoke to me in front of my 14 year old son. He needs to think before he speaks. DO NOT STAY ON THE FOURTH FLOOR!!!

Staff were not welcoming at all. Tpilet facilities are locked in the lobby area and when I asked to use them (my room was on 5th floor) I was told sorry you need to use the toilet in the public bar area. After 11pm its like a jail where guests must check in and out with id. Rooms were what you pay for. Location is great
