Overall good 1-night family stay
Good comfortable 1-night stay. Great room location at the end of a long corridor so very quiet. Room was good, lots of towels & bottled water provided. Communal areas need to facelift & breakfast was just ok but seated quickly and staff working hard.

Good central location
Great hotel, staff friendly and helpful. The location is great for central Manchester. The breakfast was worth having. I did find the bed far too soft, which i reported on leaving and to their credit they recorded it and said they would get maintenance to check. The bathroom was spotless and modern wich is nice because this can often let down other hotels.

Premier family room had the most comfortable beds ever! Perfect location, extremely clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. One slight negative was there was only one bar tender serving drinks which meant we queued for around 15 minutes, not ideal but we would definitely go again for sure. Parking was £18 extra but only a few minutes walk away, so overall a great stay.

We were charged twice for the Manchester tax by the hotel. But as it was only £1.20 ish we didn’t mind so much. The bed wasn’t so comfortable, a new mattress is probably needed. It was too soft for me. The deco in the corridors could do with touching up.
