Hotel it’s self was beautiful but when you pay £200+ for a room mid week you don’t expect to be greeted with a £50 damage deposit for a room. A little bit insulting really. Also when a check out is 11am you don’t expect to be knocked on by cleaners at 10am trying to kick you out the room.

Best in Manchester by far
Always a brilliant stay. Upgraded to a suite and the extra space a complimentary mini bar was brilliant. Used the valet parking this time which again, very convenient and a brilliant service all round.

Great location, super friendly staff
I’ve stayed here several times, it’s one of my favourite hotels. The staff are always amazing and can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend this hotel. I spend 4 nights a week in hotels so I don’t say this lightly; this is the best hotel in Manchester.
