Luscious hotel, very classy, with old-school manners. From the moment you enter you feel valued and respected, from the receptionist, maitre d’, porter and waitresses. Well furnished rooms, soft bedding & towels, good toiletries and tons of hot water. Breakfast was a la carte and well presented. Although the hotel was on a side street & at night was quite dark, it was also in central Manchester, so there were plusses & minuses. However, we will stay at The Dakota when we’re next in Manchester, it is a lovely place to stay.

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dakota Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting the tone for a perfect stay. The room was elegantly decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window was stunning, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of many major attractions and enjoyed leisurely strolls in the surrounding neighborhood.
