I stayed for three nights, all of the Staff are extremely helpful and kind, This includes Reception housekeeping and food. I can’t fault their service. My only slight criticism is that in my room there was superglue on the desk and the chair at the desk was a little bit worn other than that everything was perfect

Very helpful and professional staff all around. Ismael and Betty in the resteraunt made us feel so welcome and their service was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location, room was perfect for my family and young children. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I visit Manchester.
