We use this hotel if going to shows at the AO Arena as it is only next door. The hotel is also close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Arndale centre.
Given that is is next door to the rail station as well as the bus station, you have alll the options in greeting there.
Excellent location to Arena and Victoria station. Spacious, well appointed rooms. Reception and bar staff very helpful and efficient. Would return to this Hotel
Room was great. Huge bed and enjoyed our stay. Really conveniently located to visit the AO arena or central Manchester in general. The breakfast was just OK. The quality certainly isn't as good as others I've had in similar hotels
Perfect location for the Arena, we saw Peter Kay and it was literally a few minutes walk and we were there. Also the Christmas markets were just across the road too! Parking close by was convenient too! Great stay 😀

Only 2 t.bags, no hot chocolate in bedroom , stains on carpet but lovely size room, just needs a bit of attention to detail

What a great stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, next to Victoria Station. It was contemporary and immaculate. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again!
Positives: Good hotel and location. Decent breakfast. Powerful shower, lovely toiletries, comfy beds, everything very clean. Staff friendly
Negatives: slow to get checked in even at 3pm, bar understaffed in the afternoon and evening, one staff member only so very slow to get a drink.
Staff were great and pleasant. Well located within easy reach of the AO arena and victoria station. Only thing of note is the breakfast, the later you are down the longer you'll end up waiting for hot food. Day 1 I went down at 10 and it took an hour (they refunded me though for the wait) day 2 came down at 9 and only waited 15 mins!
Great hotel only let down by really slow breakfast service on the Saturday; Sunday was no problem.
Saturday saw a wait of over 75 minutes to be served our main orders. I travel extensively across UK and rest of world and have never had such a delay for a breakfast.
