We visited the AO Arena and this hotel is in perfect walking distance, the location is ideal for Victoria train station also. We had a hassle free journey to the hotel, where we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman on reception who welcomed us warmly and offered some guidance of locality of the venues. Booked us in for breakfast. The room was very modern with an urban twist, the bathroom was gorgeous! Comfortable nights sleep and had a lovely full English breakfast before we left. Recommend this hotel. Thanks again!

This is my second time staying at Hotel Indigo Manchester Victoria Station and if I could move in .. I WOULD! The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, the staff are welcoming, helpful and personable. The restaurant and attached cafe and excellent with a large variety of options. I cannot fault this hotel and will stay any time I go to the AO arena as it is a matter of steps away.

Our stay was great. Room was big and clean. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. 👏. Breakfast was good. Couple of small things to address..TV channels need to be sorted. BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 missing. Coffee pods weren't replaced.

Didn’t book accessibility room , but was given one , which is actually inconvenient as basin too low etc . Room also had adjoining door to next room and let noise through all night with very noisy neighbours .

The only down side is we picked a twin room amd was told when we got there that its a preference and not a guarantee and ended up woth a twin. Otherwise amazing staff and the breakfast was delicious

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were great day to day, but really shined when a member of our party became very ill. Mo helped us book a hospital appointment with NHS and made sure we got there. He was kind and patient through the whole ordeal. Can't thank him enough.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to Victoria Station. It’s stylish and feels luxurious. The things that let it down were check-in and breakfast. Check was stressful. Way too many people all there at one time. We tried to check in at 2.50pm approximately and were told to go away and come back in ten minutes. I assume everybody was told the same as the queues were vast. People were all crammed into reception and it felt stressful. The excuse was that it was busy. It wasn’t unexpected business and if they’d just ease up on the exact time you can check in, this would be alleviated. Breakfast was similar. I asked for our party to be seated together. Instead of telling us to grab a coffee and they’d sort it- it caused stress and it was as if we’d asked for the impossible. Bear in mind the price of breakfast. The cooked breakfast took about 45 minutes to come and was cooked to order but was cold and they’d run out of some items: Disappointed really. In general, I’d say service let them down. It’s no excuse to say the hotel is full- it shouldn’t be a surprise on a bank holiday weekend and that should not affect service.
