Overall stay was very welcoming!! Great staff, very pleasant, well mannered and polite!! Hotel was clean and tidy, the room was very spacious and comfortable!! Only downfall was the no complimentary fridge!! For the amount you pay for a room + parking you would think you would get some extras in the room fridge!! (Water, juice, pop, snacks, sweets etc) weve stopped in 3 different hotels and the other two provide complimentary fridge items!! The morning breakfast was very well presented and easy to access BUT the food itself wasnt overly warm, the bacon and susage and egg went cold very quick, the fresh stuff fruit and drinks were well looked after!! Check out was nice and easy same service as checking in!! Thanks

Great location! Clean! Loved the room and bathroom layout. Friendly staff (they really added a personal touch). From the moment we got to the entrance steps to the moment we left, we had a great experience. Lovely spa, excellent breakfast, brilliant reception members). Now we have found this great hotel we will definitely come back.
