Ideal for an overnight stay before a flight back to the UK. Comfortable and very clean with friendly staff. There are shops and restaurants nearby and a particularly nice restaurant next door. Have used before and will use again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed here for one night while attending the Coldplay concert in Auckland. The facility is new and has an art deco vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, which seems to be part of the intended aesthetic. There's a paid parking area nearby, and the location at the upper part of Queen Street is excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The location is great, very central. Rooms are excellent, although our family suite had an odd bathroom arrangement, toilet and shower in one area, sink and tub In An adjoining area. Meals were excellent, and service was friendly.

Nice property and great beds and gym. Be careful on the corner by the hotel please sleeping there.

Incredibly friendly staff. A real gem!! 30 seconds walk from international arrivals. Great fitness center. Fantastic buffet breakfast.
