The room we were given at first had a strange smell, then we were given another room. As we went for breakfast in the morning, the customer service from one of the staff members was poor. Also disappointed that the hotel sheets were not changed daily.

Extremely good value , basic but very clean rooms . Ours was above a bar, but no noise at all! Excellent breakfast, lovely staff and evening meal at Sohe was extremely tasty Would very much recommend

It was ok for one night
The room that I staying in was superior double which was nice but nothing special. There was a range of pillows which is always good. There are two restaurants that you can go to that at either side of the hotel but these must be booked. Japan Asian restaurant was delicious

Budget room small but clean
Our budget room was small but clean. We were in the annex over the road and concerns about noise were not founded as we did not return until after midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful. As stated there is limited parking behind the hotel but we were able to park on arrival so all good.

Nice hotel. Good room. Shower and breakfast.
Hotel was nice and one of the better options for Osborne Road. Room was well presented although a lot of stairs!

Extremely noisy - constant loud thumping in our room from the music in the bar underneath our room - from 10.30 am until 11.15 pm. In the morning, told staff it was ridiculously loud, they agreed to turn down the bass, but it gradually went up again……

Excellent service at reception got checked in earlier than should have. Bar didn't open till 4 just wanted to chill for a pint but could have went across road to sister hotel. Not a problem. Area at back of hotel for parking was spot on its just a pitty about other properties leaving there bins full and rubbish on ground.. Room was perfect roasting great smart tv and shower fits 2 😉. Definitely stay again. Ps needs a toiket brush.
