Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The area feels safe, especially compared to other parts of San Francisco. However, it can get quite noisy at night—particularly if you’re staying in a city-view room. These rooms are more expensive and face the back of the hotel, overlooking the Hyatt. If you’re a light sleeper, be warned: the 4 a.m. garbage collections are loud enough to wake you up daily. Bring earplugs or choose a room away from the street if you value your sleep

the rooftop bar and restaurant for breakfast in the lobby area was great!

Amazing. Super comfy beds. And the continental breakfast was delicious.

Walkable to the trolley and subway. Very nice and clean hotel.

We enjoyed the size of the room. Great breakfast and good quiet and clean location. The valet parking staff were not friendly when we tried to pull the rental car in and install two car seats. They suggested we move into the street to do it despite having two young toddlers to watch and 10 pieces of luggage. He said we were making things “so complicated”even though we were trying to be safe. Not helpful. We would stay here again though. Perhaps not plan on parking or even pulling over here.
