Dated , poor service and charging for everything
Very dated building with stains on carpet and walls. Front desk reception seemed always to be under resourced and rushed. They also want to charge extra for everything such as parking, wifi etc they have lost sight of the customer and not giving value or service.

Easy to get to from the ferry terminal. Great place to relax after a long journey. Comfortable and spacious rooms, great shower! Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant had a variety of food and good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend a stay

Great quick stay for a meeting. Hotel was excellent overall and accommodating. Easy parking. A little short journey to the city but facilities in the hotel was great.

Quick convenient stay
It was a quick overnight stay, room was ok clean. However carpets not so. Beds were quite comfortable, however room was situated near the lifts so could hear everyone as they came out of the lifts until late at night. Great location for Goodwood though!
