The property was great and the staff even better. We moved hotels due to various issues with our other accommodation and they were more than helpful and supportive

Felt like I was in a laundry
Not great Felt like o was in a laundry outside the room a laundry trolley, vacuum cleaner and a cleaners trolley, particularly blocking the room door. Blinds didn’t keep out the sun in the morning. They didn’t meet in the middle therefore not a great nights sleep.

We had a lovely stay here for our concert. The wonderful staff upgraded us on arrival with an even better room which was delightful! Thank you!! Our suite was great. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for having us. We will always now stay here for our trips/concerts!

Both check in and check out took far too long. Condition of room is very tired. Bench not properly cleaned down in kitchenette. For price paid for 1 nights stay simply not good enough. Should have stayed at the Pullman.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our event. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed a renovation. The sink was cracked and the tub had chips and discolouration on it, cosmetic fixes, everything worked fine .

Stayed on a night the NRL was on at the stadium. Traffic around the hotel was bedlam and cars blocked the entrance to the carpark. Not their fault but they could have had someone keeping the entrance clear for their paying guests. Bin in room hadn’t been emptied from the last guests. Other than those 2 minor issues, had a great stay.
