Good location, nice room

Was told front desk had water to purchase so didn’t purchase while out. They did not. All the water machines on all floors OUT OF SERVICE. Only the gym had water. ATM in lobby OUT OF SERVICE. Could do better.

Great location and definitely not the smallest hotel room we stayed at. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Beautiful

First and foremost, excellent Location! Of course that's why you pay extra to come to the Riu. It is within walking distance to many Muni transporatation option, and offer easy walking access to the Fisherman Wharf and the Alcatraz ferry tour. The parking fees for it are pretty expensive, and we kind of regretted parking there instead of the multiple cheaper options around the area. It is also not very luggage friendly, as they insisted on including stairs no matter which way out of the parking lot you picked.
