We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely spacious room and a very comfy bed. The shower was nice with great pressure. The breakfast area was decorated nicely and there was a great variety of tasty food and drink. Easy walking distance to Albert Dock and Liverpool One…ideal!

Fantastic hotel
The staff were super friendly and helpful and even though the breakfast staff were really busy, they were doing everything they could to keep everyone happy. The room was really clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a fantastic location just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. We were allowed to store our bags there after checking out so that we didn’t have to carry them around. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. I would recommend this hotel and hope to be able to stay again in the future. Above all else the staff made it a really pleasurable experience 😊

Exceptional accomodation. A very good location for Albert Docks area & the Arena events. Room was great with a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with nice dining area. Would be perfect for longer stays (long weekend, week etc). Amazing staff, friendly and fun to interact with.

Comic con Weekender
Came here with my sister for comic con. Brilliant location. Lovely clean welcoming hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both were really comfortable. The apartment was like home from home could have moved in tbh. Had a little issue with the heating but it was rectified and the staff were really amazing and helpful. Would recommend and hopefully back in may for comic con 2025

This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in when we have visited Liverpool. It was lovely so clean, the location was perfect. Breakfast was really good we will definitely stay here again.
